Daily Prompt: What TV shows did you watch as a kid?

What TV shows did you watch as a kid?

Oh this brings up some good memories! I watched Magnum P.I. with Tom Selleck, I think I was like 6 years old and I loved his red Ferrari 308 GTS and I remember thinking, “when I get grownup, I will buy such a car”. I also loved Fame and The Cosby Show, I thing everyone watched the Cosbies and Fame, right! And I also watched Alf, The Muppet Show, Mike Hammer, Remington Steel with Pierce Brosnan, and was I was in my teens I thought to myself, “Pierce should be playing James Bond”. And Hill Street Blues, was the only show, except for Dallas and Falcon Crest, we watched as a family.

Another classic was Moonlighing with Bruce Willis and Kojak and Columbo with Peter Falk. I also watched a lot of MTV and Paul Hogan Show on Sky channel. There are some good times.

Mostly I watched the crime shows with my dad. We loved those. The other stuff was for me and most of the time my dad wasn’t around during that time of the day cause of work.

My mom was home though, but she was busy cooking dinner. So it was basically mostly me alone watching TV.

Daily Prompt: What’s your favorite time of day?

What’s your favorite time of day?

My favourite time of the day is the evening. I make all my best writing and business decisions in the evening. I also get my best ideas in the evening.

I’m not a morning person. I hate having to wake up early but I still does it if I need to. But I hate it.

It’s like I think better at night. And there is a certain feeling of calm in the evenings and I like it, and it makes me relaxed and makes me think better.

I also like to cook in the evening. I’m not that hungry during the day anyway, so I cool and eat in the evenings.

How about you? What do you prefer?

Daily Prompt: What’s your favorite recipe?

What’s your favorite recipe?

Oh, this is not an easy one!

I love food so much and I’ve made so many delicious food it’s so hard to choose only one favourite.

But, there always a but, isn’t there, anyway, if there is one subconscious favourite, and I say subconscious, because there is one dish I make more often then others. And I also make this in several different ways too.

The dish I’m talking about is my Spaghetti Bolognese. I have one I make with cream and curry. But I’m gonna share another recipe with you guys. Here is the recipe I make most often.

I use 100% ground beef. Italian crushed tomatoes, yellow onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, pimento, paprika powder a bit sugar at the end of the cooking. And top it off with oregano at the very end. Oregano shouldn’t boil. I boil everything up, first the onion then when it’s darker in colour I poor in the beef and boil them together. Then I take the heat down when the meat has the right colour and is done. During this time I also poor in all the peppers and salt. I then poor in the crushed tomatoes and garlic. I let my sauce simmer for half an hour or more.

I serve my Spaghetti “all dente” and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the Bolognese sauce and some green olives.

“Buon appetito”

Daily Prompt: What motivates you?

What motivates you?

It all depends on what I do. If I’m writing songs it’s all about how I feel. And so my feelings and how I’m doing in my soul, is the motivation.

When it comes to business, it’s the sales. Money comes second. Also, what kind of business I do is important to me, and is the motivator. Let’s say, if what I’m doing is good for others, then that is a strong motivator. Like if it will help bringing better medicine to people, then that is a high motivation.

And finally, lastly but not least, I want to give my children a legacy to be shared and proud of.

Daily Prompt: How would you design the city of the future?

How would you design the city of the future?

I would have made it fossil free. All cars have to run on alcohols, water or batteries. Then you would still have the great engines as V8’s and V12’s buy without the pollution.

But after hours like after 22:00 you may only drive electrical vehicles because of the noise. Then the city would be in peace at night and I believe it will give the city a certain calmness, as if you was living on the country side.

Also all visitors coming into the city by car will be photographed and billed every time they drive through. This will keep pollution and noise down.

Also to save the nature I would rate down old buildings and build skyscrapers to save space. Old buildings with beautiful architecture that are older then the 1960’s would be kept as a architectural heritage.

On top of every skyscraper above the penthouse, on the roof, it will be built a garden with or without a pond or a pool and on some, a villa with a garden as an option.

Also it would need parks and lots of trees for environmental purposes but also as better quality living.

I would also like to have a canal running through as a nice feature with the parks.

I would also implement areas for gardening or framing, so that the city could be self sufficient in growing vegetables and fruit.

What do think? It’s it achievable? What would you do and how would you built the city?

Daily Prompt: What do you enjoy most about writing?

What do you enjoy most about writing?

For me writing is a process. I wrote mostly because I need to create something that I get something out of. If I wrote a song it’s because I’ve had this melody in my mind and I need to put words to it, and the words seem to come as soon as I hear the melody in my head. I need to like it myself if it’s ever going to production.

When I wrote about “stuff”, it’s mostly because I need to put it out there for myself. So it’s mostly out of selfish reasons that I write. Most writers write because of selfish reasons and the feedback they get from their readers.

When I see all the “LIKES” and all “SUBSCRIBERS” adding up, it gives me a feeling of fulfillments and it puts a smile on my face! At the end of the day, the readers are my main focus. You are my audience! And I LOVE YOU for all the Likes and everyone that decided to Subscribe! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

So, yes, the most joy I get of writing – is YOU! And all Your feedback.

Daily Prompt: What do you love about where you live?

What do you love about where you live?

I like living in Sweden because it’s a neutral country. Sweden is not a member of NATO but a member of the European Union. It’s good for commercial purposes, nothing else.

If Sweden continues on its path an keeps its poor bureaucracies behaviour, and in my mind, abusive behaviour , that cuts sick people off their healthcare status and health security payments, without a physical examination and just taking bad doctors words, without knowing the patient’s true health situation.

For that reason I’m planning not to stay in this country because it’s a hypocritical nature. The government stabs you in the back even though your ethnicity and you’re born and raised in Sweden, it doesn’t do you any justice. So I’m done living here and paying taxes for things I’ll never get, unless I’m a refugee, which is reversed racism. I rather live in a country where I’m appreciated even though it’s a tax free state.

It’s the Swedish government’s fault the ship Estonia sunk. 852 civilians lost their lives that night in September 28th in 1994. Who wants to be loyal to such a government? I don’t!

Daily Prompt: What positive emotion do you feel most often?

What positive emotion do you feel most often?

I feel joy most often! It happens daily when I watch my fishes and their interactions. It’s so funny to watch! Makes me smile a lot!

I also feel joy when I watch my favourite shows on Netflix, HBO Max, Prime, Disney+, Sky Showtime, C-more, BBC and YouTube.

I also feel joy when I talk to my children. They have so much to tell that puts a smile on my face.

I also have a lot of joy speaking to my international team I have to conduct different things, activities and business around the world.

Daily Prompt: How do you plan your goals?

How do you plan your goals?

I’m a strategic. I analyse every aspect. But sometimes even then, the most remote possibility will emerge. This happened to me in 2007.

I had been working for something in seven years. And between 2004-2007 I’ve worked up a deal with the second largest company, in its field.

The deal was set and the agreement was on the CEO’s table, waiting to be signed. No worries. Right!

Wrong!

A hostile takeover came to play. All of a sudden, from a clear blue sky, whiteout warning!

Suddenly 51% of my clients Kemira Kemi of Sweden, chair holders was owned by one American company. What did this company do with my client. Ripped it apart and sold it peace by peace so that the department I was working with, wouldn’t have the funds it needed to proceed.

Why?

Because my deal with this client would make it not the largest of its kind, but the only of its kind. And it would put some major players off the market, such as certain medical companies as well. And some companies didn’t want that to happen. So, my client had to go.

But what about my other client in South Korea, Solti-Bio Bestech? It was bought up and laid down, permanently.

This is almost like a mafia movie. But that is what went down in 2007.

The problem is, this deal would have helped a lot of people because the food we are eating today are filled with residue of antibiotics and these give cancer. With this mineral put in the cows, pigs and chickens foods, all of this would have been gone away, permanently! No more sick animals. Better health for animals and therefore also for humans. The manure would be much less phosphorous and nitrogen which would be great for our inland waters, lakes and such.

The accident of discovery was, that the mineral contained some ppm (part per million gram) of Germanium. And it was shown in discovery that Germanium with the other mineral components killed all cancer forms. And the medical community apparently wasn’t prepared to have that on the market. Next, this food additive could be used on humans, God forbid! What then? No more billions for research on a cancer cure? This was the thing! That’s why I lost EVERYTHING! Millions of dollars that I will never get, where no gone! But it’s not about the money! It why they made this deal go away!

As I sad, I’m a strategic. I analyse everything. But I didn’t saw that coming. I was naive! I thought medical companies wanted to cure cancer. Not make money out of it? But I was a fool. So I told myself, NEVER again! I’m not gonna put myself in that situation anymore. So I left the business world, for good.

Today, I plan what tomorrow has in stoled. Maybe one day, I breakout and make some new business with someone. But I will do it silently like a sleeper. They will not know what hit them.

Daily Prompt: What is a word you feel that too many people use?

What is a word you feel that too many people use?

One word that comes to mind is bad language, a swearing or a profanity word. In my country it’s a word that calls for the Devil himself, “fan” or “skit” which is referring to crap or excitements. In other countries that would probably translate to “damn”, shit, fuck, “merde”, or “schiesse”.

I think people uses these profanities too much! There are far better words to use that will highlight what you’re trying to say. And when a grown man curses like that, or woman, they really sound uneducated to say the least.

Daily Prompt: What brings you peace?

What brings you peace?

Many things brings me peace. Knowing that I have a steady income and can pay all my bills. Be able to pay off my debts. Be free of debts. Knowing I will be well and come back to life after surgery.

About that last part. I’ve been doing worse since last week. I don’t know if I can keep up blogging as much as I do. I am trying hard though! So I’ve scaled away everything else so I just have my blogging. I hope you think it is worth it!

I gotten more fever and I cough so hard my throat is soar and my head feels like it’s going to explode when I cough. I throw up when I cough and I get “carsick” after a heavy cough. I have no energy what so ever so I can’t go outdoors anymore. I really need my surgery pronto!

Back to todays topic. I feel at peace when I watch my favourite shows because then I get lost in the fiction and I forget my daily life.

I also feel peace while playing chess, believe it or not! It brings me peace and hen I sit there and see all the chess players and I love the planing to execute my next move. It brings me peace strangely enough.

One thing that have brought me peace like nothing else, is when I got to put my children to bed, when the where babies. To sleep right next to a baby and hear him or her make those beautiful little noises when it breathes, just knocks you right off. I will never forgot that! That is the most soothing feeling I’ve experienced.

Daily Prompt: If you were going to open up a shop, what would you sell?

If you were going to open up a shop, what would you sell?

This is my dream! If I would open a shop it would be a zoo store. I love animals and I would love taking care of them daily and sell and educate people and customers on each species they buy. I would have aquarium fish, both freshwater and marine animals. I would also have amphibians and reptiles like snakes and lizards. I would also have spiders and scorpions. All of these animals I already have in my home and work with as a hobbyist.

To be able to work with these animals full time in my own store would be a dream. And I would decorate the store as it would feel if you visited a real zoo. And imagine walking in there and you can buy everything you see. It’s not just for show.

I would also like to be involved with conservation of rare and endangered species and have them grow and educate people about them.

Amazing! Living the dream! It would not even feel like work. “When you’re doing what you love, you never have to go to work”. I love that quote!

Daily Prompt: What is the most important thing to carry with you all the time?

What is the most important thing to carry with you all the time?

I guess most of us, in this day and age, would say the mobile phone or smartphone. I guess it is if you have all your credentials in it. I don’t know if that’s so smart though. I would say drivers license or some sort of ID, would be my choice to carry with me at all times.

However, I always carry both. I need some sort of ID almost every day and I can’t go out without my smartphone if I fall down cause of my illness or if my mother calls I need my immediate assistance.

Daily Prompt: What change, big or small, would you like your blog to make in the world?

What change, big or small, would you like your blog to make in the world?

This is a delightful topic to write about!

What can I hope to change, in the world? And, what can therefore be my foot print in this world and my mark and my legacy to the world?

What would be yours?

Here is what I want my blog to be about and what it would mean to people’s life’s.

I obviously want to write a lot anything I think is important or worthy of my time to actually write about. And if this blogging also gives people joy or help even, in their daily lives, then this is what mean by, worthy of my time.

If I wrote about something that doesn’t make an impact or creat an emotion, then it’s not worth writing about. I can’t write about bricks without telling the story how they where made and by whom. You know what I mean!

I want my blog to make people learn about new stuff or how to think easier and not have to carry such heavy burden all the time. I want them to, when the read my blog, forget about their daily life’s for a moment and just get some private time to enjoy uplifting thoughts. Or if your into the aquarium hobby, you can visit my other blog, http://www.theaquaticstudio.com, and learn about fish keeping and different species.

Here, though, on Autolinked it’s all about everything and nothing. Sometimes I wrote about something I thought of and needs to say it out loud. And every now and again I write about something trying to reach your heart. I hope I do that!

To be able to reach another’s heart and have them thinking about their own life and make an adjustment, is the end game for me. That’s power in a good sense of it is done with great intentions. Which mine are, by the way! I want to give you what I’ve learned. And what I’m still learning I want to tell you. Why should I have all the good stuff to myself?! No!! We should all have the same opportunities! Then no one can say, “nobody told about this! It’s not fair”! Everyone should know and have a chance to a better life. I life only existing in dreams and fairytales but is actually obtainable and in our grasp.

We all have things going on in our lives that take all of our time. But we have time for this. Reading. We have time for watching our favourite shows. Then we have 10-15 minutes a day to meditate of what we are missing in life. Because the question you need to ask yourself, every morning you wake up, is, “am I happy”?

Well? Are you, happy?

If the answer is “No”, then you’re missing something in your life, obviously. What we all need to be truly happy is spiritual growth. If we lack spiritual enlightenment and guidance, we loose ourselves in our lives. We get consumed by life it self. And when we are lying on our deathbed, we all do the same thing, we pray. To whom do you pray? Do you know Him? Have you got a name or is it just a title like, God?

When something awful is happening or a disaster happens we all do the same thing. We call upon God. Why? If you don’t believe in God the rest of your life, why now when disaster strikes?

Here is the answer.

When something happens, that is completely out of our control and is making such a huge impact in our lives, so much so, we think, “there is nothing we can do to stop this”, then we are in need of a higher power to intervene and to make everything better and right again, so we don’t have to, because we can’t. But we need to believe that someone can! And the only One that comes to mind at those moments, is God!

Let me ask you another question.

Do you think we only need God when “all hell brakes loose”, or “the shit hits the fan”? or do we actually need God before all of that happens?

What would be the difference of knowing God and what He is capable of before disaster happens? Would it possibly help you and give you a calmness no one else would have in such circumstances? Probably.

My point is. We can’t wait until everything brakes loose and we can’t do anything about it. We need to act now. We need to take control now of our lives and find that spiritual power that will help you heal and strengthen you and finally make you truly happy.

One of the richest men in the USA, he had it all. Great fortune. Beautiful family. Private planes and helicopters and chauffeurs. Everything you can imagine. He had it all! When I past away, he had put in his will what would be stated on his gravestone. Do you want to know what is was? “Finally peace”.

Don’t you want to be able to feel that while your alive too?

You can if you have a spiritual growth. No money, no beautiful homes, no fancy cars, no “trophies” can give you that. If you believe that this will make you happy? You are in for a great disappointment! It will only make you happy for the moment. It will not last. That’s why rich people keeps on buying new things because they want to keep feeling good and happy. When there is nothing more to buy, happiness goes away. It’s then they start to ask themselves, “what they’ve done with their lives”, and start to feel, maybe if they “give something back” they’ll feel better again. That’s a miserable life.

We all need to feel happy. We all deserve happiness. So why not go get it! It’s much easier getting spiritual guidance and growth than getting rich…and still be miserable, rather then being happy.

I hope I can make a difference with this blog for you!

Daily Prompt: Describe your life in an alternate universe.

Describe your life in an alternate universe.

Here you will find some similarities from my real life. The rest is wishful thinking. In the alternate universe I am married to a woman who looks just like Grace Kelly and we are both young and live a secluded life in Monaco in south of France. In the real life, I live in south of Sweden which we call the riviera. Same, same but different.

I am a eccentric and rich businessman that has made my fortune by selling Iranian high quality saffron, (which I do in real life), and in the stock market, (which I’m currently looking at).

We live in a nice villa overlooking the sea and we have a lot of fruit trees and we are happy with nothing to have us worrying about world pollution and famine and economical collapse.

This world is free of all issues. This world has no crime and no wars. This world has not one single poor person. This world has no sicknesses. The only building that doesn’t exist here are hospitals and police stations or firefighters stations. No accidents are happening because people in this world does not make mistakes. Nobody gets hurt in this world.

In this world death has no access. Death is overcome. We live forever young. We don’t get old. We accomplish everything we want to do because we have all the time in the world.

When we met the optional amount of residents in the world, we couldn’t reproduce anymore. We had sex with our married partner but we couldn’t get pregnant anymore. Life is fulfilled.

All animals in the wild was not dangerous to humans no more. You can walk up to a lions den and pet the little once and their mother, the lioness, wouldn’t kill you.

You can walk home late, alone, through the park, and nothing will happen to you. You never need to be scared. Everyone is your friend. There are no bad or sick people. You can trust anyone.

Cars drivetrains are with V8’s and V12’s and they do not pollute because they run on alcohol so only water steam comes out of their tail pipes. And they sound like and old car. A petrolheads dream.

Is this world a dream? Or can it be a reality? Would you like to live in such a world, if it was possible? Many would. Many wouldn’t. Who are you?

It says however that, “And the One on the throne said: “Look! I’m making all things new”… in Revelation 21:5. The future will reveal itself.

Daily Prompt: What’s the most money you’ve ever spent on a meal? Was it worth it?

What’s the most money you’ve ever spent on a meal? Was it worth it?

The most I’ve spent on a meal at a restaurant by my self is €48 (euros). It was a great steak with potatoes and béarnaise sauce with vegetables and two bears, and including tip. So what the actual cost for the meal was I honestly don’t remember.

Yes! it was worth it! It was a wonderful meal. And it was just what I needed that day because I had just broken up with my girlfriend. I got tired of her abuse every time she drank. She was a nasty drunk. And she always apologized the day after. I just got tired of it!

She still dose it when she drinks! I still have contact with her although it’s over. She’s still mean when she drinks. She doesn’t drink a lot so that she is too drunk, if you know what I mean, but she’s drunk enough to be nasty and mean. She is seeing a therapist for her issues. And her issues comes surfacing when she drinks. Often! Not all the time, but so many that it has been too much for me to handle.

Wow!! I really got of topic on this one guys! I’m sorry about that! But that meal, made me come to think of why I had it, in the first place.

Love you guys! And thank you for all your support!

Daily Prompt: Scour the news for an entirely uninteresting story. Consider how it connects to your life. Write about that.

Scour the news for an entirely uninteresting story. Consider how it connects to your life. Write about that.

This daily prompt I don’t find interesting enough to do something about that’s gonna be fun to write about. And I only found news that’s about killings and Swedish singer Tommy Körberg getting sick but nothing of that connects to my immediate life.

I do like the artist and Swedish singer Tommy Körberg though, who plays “the Russian” in the musical Chess, and that’s the only thing in the news I’m concerned about right now.

And the killings is criminals killing criminals so they clean up their own mess, many people think. It’s not a good thing though, because sometimes civilians get caught in the crossfire and gets killed. So there’s a down side and and upside to everything.

Still, it’s got nothing to do with my personal life.

If I’m gonna write about this prompt I would probably need a few weeks to find something that concerns my daily life, so I rather pass this one, although I just wrote about it. Go figure.

8. Drinking a cold glass of clean water. Is another luxury, as well. And if you think about it. When you’re really thirsty on a hot summers day and you finally get a glass of cold water, you drink it, then you smile. I know you do. I do it too.

9. A glass of ice, Coca-Cola and a slice of lemon.

10. A cold bear! Not just any kind! It should be some of the Swedish bears or Danish or Polish bear, Belgian bear or German bear.

21. Going on vacation. Not having to get up early just to go to work is lovely. To be able to sleep in. Love it. That’s the only good thing of being sick as I am now. Tomorrow, August the 8th, it’s been 1 year since I got sick!

22. Making a sale. Is an amazing feeling and always enjoyable. I loved working with international business and locking in a sale! I LOVED IT!

27. When I do a stunt. And my stunt coordinator tells me I’m amazing and that I act like a superstar too. That I love and that I can take to heart.

28. Acting. When ever I’m in a TV-series or a movie and get to act, I feel the most alive! When I am acting I’m in my playground. It’s the best feeling and it’s when I’m the most happy!

29. To ride a horse. If you haven’t done it, you have to try it! Nothing beats riding an animal in full speed. Not even a motorcycle or an exotic sports-car, can beat that feeling. Nothing beats you handling a large animal like that. That’s horsepower!

30. Having sex with a gorgeous woman. Don’t say you didn’t want to put this on the list! This makes a man very happy. It makes me happy! And best part is to hear her voice when she comes! Come on! Admit it! This should be No. 1 on this list but I saved the best to last.

Daily Prompt: Describe one habit that brings you joy.

Describe one habit that brings you joy.

One habit that brings me joy is several things. Walking outdoors in nature, eating a great meal, watching my favourite movies and shows, walking at the beach, looking at vintage cars adds on my phone. Why really stands out though, that brings me joy, is writing. And at the moment it’s my blog. So I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Daily Prompt: Write about a random act of kindness you’ve done for someone.

Write about a random act of kindness you’ve done for someone.

Random act. What’s considered random? It just happened or all of a sudden a neighbour calls me up and ask if I can go grocery shopping for them because they’re sick? Because the last part has happened. More then once.

And yes of course, sometimes I’ve helped an elderly person across the street or carried their bags. Nothing more heroic am afraid because I’ve never been in such a situation. I’ve been in horrific situations in my life but that, I will save for another blog.

Daily Prompt: What are you curious about?

What are you curious about?

I’m curious about how things work. I want to know how different organs in my body works. Especially since my dad got sick in a hereditary Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and then died of it in 2012. My grandfather had it sense my dad got it and I probably had it too. It is one of the most difficult blood cancers or leukemias to diagnose. Why? Because it doesn’t show on any blood tests even though you’re sick. But when it does show on the blood test, that you have too many white blood cells, it’s far gone and most likely too late. Specifically if you’re over 50 years old. If you’re a child the odds are, in most cases, great and with full recovery. Many get the diagnosis wrong the first time and get diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. So if you get that diagnosis, always get a second opinion.

The Liver.

The liver is the only organ that the surgeon can cut of a piece, if it’s damaged or otherwise, and it will grow back!

For example, the liver forms substances needed for digestion, such as cholesterol and bile. The liver stores sugar, vitamins and iron. The liver helps the pancreas regulate blood sugar levels. In order to be able to function, the liver needs the pancreas to work properly.

So, if the pancreas is not functioning properly, it could be something wrong with the liver as well.

The Pancreas.

A healthy pancreas produces the correct chemicals in the proper quantities, at the right times, to digest the foods we eat. The endocrine component of the pancreas consists of islet cells (islets of Langerhans) that create and release important hormones directly into the bloodstream. Two of the main pancreatic hormones are insulin, which acts to lower blood sugar, and glucagon, which acts to raise blood sugar. Maintaining proper blood sugar levels is crucial to the functioning of key organs including the brain, liver, and kidneys.

So, if the pancreas malfunctions and it stops producing insulin, we get diabetes. That’s why it’s so important why we eat and drink so we don’t damage the pancreas.

The Spleen.

In addition to its immunological function of forming antibodies, the spleen also has the task of separating out damaged and aged blood cells. A greatly enlarged spleen can lead to an all-too-extensive separation of blood cells and cause a lack of, above all, red blood cells and sometimes platelets. In other words, the spleen ensures that the blood circulating in your body is clean and functions optimally. It filtrates the blood like a filter cleaning the water in our aquarium or household.

It even reduces the strain on the heart in less strenuous situations when the spleen stores blood. And it can reduce its size when your on higher altitudes by empty it self of blood in order to increase it’s other function, to increase the oxygen level in your blood that also occurs when your doing sports.

The spleen’s functions:

Stores blood.

Filters blood by removing cellular waste and getting rid of old or damaged blood cells.

Makes white blood cells and antibodies that help you fight infection.

Maintains the levels of fluid in your body.

Produces antibodies that protect you against infection.

When the spleen gets sick it starts to retract good blood cells as well. And it gets swollen or as it’s called, enlarged spleen. My dad had to remove it after his diagnose. When it’s removed you get 4-10 years to live if you have Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. My dad got 4 years.

So, if the liver is not working properly it could damage the pancreas . And if the spleen is not functioning properly it could cause the pancreas to malfunction. These three organ glands functions in symbiosis. I bet you didn’t know that! You need them all to stay healthy for a long period of time.

Daily Prompt: How would you describe yourself to someone who can’t see you?

How would you describe yourself to someone who can’t see you?

I’m six foot one. (182cm) Dark brown hair. Striking blue eyes. Former bodybuilder at 220 pounds (100kg). Slightly overweight with broad shoulders and muscular body. I have one of those faces that I look like many people. My stunt trainer said I have a “Hollywood face”, that I look like a movie star. Who knew!

A doctor told a couple of years ago, if you wouldn’t have that much muscle in your back, from your athletic days, you wouldn’t be standing today. So training and building muscles are very good and healthy and will save you when you get older and get injuries at work. Depending on what you do for a living of course. Working out is good for you! Just saying.

Daily Prompt: What traditions have you not kept that your parents had?

What traditions have you not kept that your parents had?

This is going to be the shortest blog ever, I’m afraid! Because the answer to this daily prompt is simply, “everything”. All traditions I’m brought up with, am I still doing and I kept the tradition over to my children. Then again, our traditions in my family weren’t that many.

So today everyone slept in like, woke up around noon and some not until 3PM!! So, NO! NOT a typical day.

However I’ve played cards with the youngest (14) for more then two hours it was fun! He won more times then me! And every time I won, he accused me of cheating! 😂😂 Fun times!
